UK orders - We ship goods the same day you order them as long as you order before 3.30PM Monday to Friday, outside of these times we dispatch goods the next working day. You should get your order within 2-5 working days. Please allow 5 working days before you contact us as we are at the mercy of the Postal Service.

Our Secure Payment page is handled by Protx the UK's leading payment gateway. Their secure server uses the highest level of security available. Protx is a payment processor used by all leading banks and approved by Lloyds TSB
Returns
Returning faulty and unwanted goods. Conditions of returns:
Goods MUST BE UNUSED (under no circumstances will we accept used goods due to their nature). Goods must be in their original condition & packaging. Goods must be received by us within 14 days of when you placed your order (Please see below for more details of how and where to return goods)
If the above conditions have not been met or we suspect the goods have been used, we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Any goods that are supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened or any items of lingerie are non refundable or exchangeable.
All goods returned to us as unclaimed from the Postal Service will be subject to a reshipping charge of £3.50 Recorded Delivery
Application of Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between you and us.
Interpretation
“We”, “us, “our”, means The Pleasure station------ TPS -------- Pleasure Station. “You”, “your” means the person ordering products under these terms and conditions. “Working days” means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. “Product” means the product or products you have ordered from us.
Before Placing an Order
Product Availability We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the products you have ordered within 2-5 working days of the date of your order. We ship goods the same day you order them as long as you order before 4PM Monday to Friday, outside of these times we dispatch goods the next working day.
The delivery times given are approximate and delays can sometimes occur due to Postal Service postal difficulties.
You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when the payment processor tansaction is complete and the products have been delivered to you.
Price & Postage
Prices shown on this site include VAT, where and to the extent that VAT is required to be applied to the product under UK VAT law. Delivery charges are extra.
Confirming the Order
In placing this order you confirm that you are aware of any age restrictions on these products and assert that you are old enough to purchase them. Please note that all orders are made subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions of Supply.
The Contract between Us
After you have confirmed your order we will send an email to you summarizing each order you have placed.
Once the payment for your order is confirmed your order will be packaged and posted to you by registered post.
Contracts formed between "Pleasure Station" and users as a result of using this site shall be governed by English law and all such users hereby agree to all terms and conditions fourthwith.
No contract will subsist between you and "Pleasure Station" for the sale of products by us to you until your credit/debit card has been charged and you have received and signed for your goods. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your offer and to have been effectively communicated to you. This is to be interpreted and enforced with the laws of England in its entirety.
This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please note that some of our processes are manual and errors can arise. We carry out frequent checks to detect any errors. If they do occur, we will act immediately to minimize inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused.
Restrictions
Before placing an order you must be aged 18 years or over.
In some instances we may decline to deliver parcels to PO addresses. We will contact you if we consider the PO address to be a problem.
Payment Details
We accept all major credit card payments by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Delta.
All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
Once an Order Has Been Placed
Your Cancellation Rights
It is advisable that you cancel any unwanted orders by contacting our customer services team directly on 0845 370 7769 before they are invoiced and dispatched. Requests for cancellations sent via email may not be actioned for 48 hours in extremely busy periods, which may result in the order being dispatched.
You have no right to cancel your order in accordance with this condition if the products you have ordered are: Personal items if the holographic seal and/or shrink-wrap have been unsealed .
You may cancel your order before the delivery or within seven days after the date of delivery by contacting our customer service team either by email at sales@pleasure-station.com or by telephoning 0845 370 7769 quoting your order number. We will refund you the cost of your unwanted products minus any Postage & Packing costs.
If you cancel your order within seven working days after the date of delivery, you must return the unwanted products to us unused and in their original packaging at your risk and at your cost within 14 days of your order. Provided you return the unwanted products unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of your order, we will credit your payment card with the cost of the unwanted product minus our delivery charges within thirty days of the date of cancellation.
Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-standard Products
If the products you receive are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, we will replace them, you must notify us by phone or e-mail within 14 days of delivery.
Price Increases
We reserve the right to increase prices without prior notification. All special offers are subject to change without prior notification
Pricing Errors
Although we make every effort to ensure the prices on the website are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of the products you have ordered, we will tell you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply from you, we will cancel your order. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products you will receive a full refund.

Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable to you: - For any loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products you ordered which was not within our reasonable contemplation as a probable result of a breach of contract on our part at the time that our contract with you was concluded.
Where performance of any obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or caused beyond our reasonable control.
Severability
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remains unaffected.
Upon Receipt of an Order
Seller Liability
The seller does not accept liability for shortages in quantities delivered unless the buyer notifies the seller of any claim of short delivery of the goods within two working days of delivery. In such circumstances the seller's liability shall be restricted to making good the shortfall.
Making Returns
Products may be returned by post in accordance with the following procedure: -

Returns Department
Returns by post are made at your risk. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you.
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment card.
Complaints
We aim to provide outstanding customer service. If you have any complaint about the service you have received from us, please contact our Customer Service Team by e mail at service@pleasure-station.com stating your complaint in full.
